Attendance Policy
- All learners are required to be always punctual and to take responsibility for their own studies.
- Each learner is required to meet at least 75% attendance otherwise he/she will not receive his/her certificate.
- Any learner who will be late or absent should inform the trainer (if contact number was given) or the center at least an hour before the start of the training.
– Tel. Number: 17 626 484 - Learners who will arrive after 15 minutes will be considered late and will be marked based on the number of minutes they are late.
- Should a learner wish to leave earlier, he/she should ask permission from the trainer.
Policy on Absences
Reporting absence through illness or misfortune
It is essential that the learner should inform the trainer and THD of any absence right away whether it is personal reasons to be considered on exams and assignments
Missed examinations
Learner who misses an examination because of illness or other misfortune must submit the Self-certification Form within 3 days to the training team. Upon receipt of the form, the management may deem that the examination has been missed with good cause and allow learner to sit for the examination at the next scheduled opportunity.
Leave of absence
Leave of absence is normally granted only in cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances. Leave of Absence Form must be filled in and subject for approval.
Certifications
Learners are required to submit medical certificates or other documents should he/she wishes to be considered for the missed absences and/or lateness.
